Good article. If you read the two court filings from both companies, the Qualcomm filing is clear, concise understandable and makes complete sense. However, the Apple filing uses a lot of emotionally loaded words while claiming Qualcomm's rates are "illegal" or amount to "extortion" without really explaining why that would be true. Apple pretends like they don't know how fundamental Qualcomm's inventions are to the ability to transmit vast amounts of data over limited radio spectrum. They come across as arrogant and ignorant at the same time.
